By accessing Interwave PlumbCraft or purchasing a course, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You must be at least 16 years old.
3. Purchases and refunds
- Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time.
- Refunds: within 14 days if less than 25% of the course has been consumed.
- Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction.
4. License to content
When you purchase a course, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the content during the access window for your personal or internal business use.
5. Acceptable use
- No copying, redistributing, or public posting of course materials.
- No reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized access.
- No content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes rights.
6. Certificates
Certificates reflect course completion and knowledge checks; they are not state licenses or endorsements.
7. Disclaimers
Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Practical work must follow applicable laws, codes, permits, and manufacturer instructions.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Interwave PlumbCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
